On the 16th and 17th of July 2025, we proudly celebrated our 2024 graduates in a heartfelt ceremony that honoured far more than academic achievement—it celebrated growth, resilience, and personal transformation.
Over the two uplifting days, graduates and their mentors came together countrywide to reflect on the dedication it takes to balance work, life, and learning. These qualifications mark more than just formal milestones, they represent grit, self-belief, and a deep commitment to continuous progress.
We were privileged to hear the stories of our two inspiring guest speakers: Lynette De la Rey from Kukhula Global Projects and Clemen Mashonga, our very own PnS Group Chief Commercial Officer. They both shared deeply personal stories that resonated across the room and left lasting impressions.
Lynette, spoke from the heart about the power of education as a tool for empowerment—particularly for those who are often underestimated or overlooked. She reflected on her own experiences and the transformational journey she’s witnessed in countless learners.
Her message reminded everyone in the room that education isn’t just about gaining knowledge—it’s about unlocking potential, building confidence, and realising that you are capable of more than you ever imagined.
Clemen delivered a standout keynote titled “Me, Pty Ltd”, challenging graduates to view themselves not just as employees—but as personal brands.
“Just like great companies, you need a clear mission, a unique value, a growth strategy, and a reputation that speaks for itself,” he shared.
From his beginnings in Mitchells Plain to his rise through the ranks of retail, Clemen’s journey is a testament to the power of discipline, intention, and personal brand-building grounded in self-awareness.

His message was clear and impactful: define your mission, know what sets you apart, show up consistently, evolve intentionally, and make yourself visible for the right reasons.
“Your real competition is yesterday’s you.”
Our PnS Group CEO, Glenn Brauns, echoed these sentiments in a speech that captured the heart of PnS Group:
“This journey was not easy… but you pressed on, driven by belief in your potential. You’ve become not just more skilled—but more empowered. And for our company, your growth is our growth.”
These qualifications are more than a mark of achievement—they are a gateway to new responsibilities, deeper confidence, and greater leadership. As Glenn said, each of you is now better equipped to create value and drive excellence within your teams and communities.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated academic partners—WRSKILLS Academy and WRSETA—whose collaboration made this learning journey possible. Together, we are shaping a future-ready workforce.
A special thank you also goes to our catering partners, the inspiring young entrepreneurs from Kukhula’s Disability Entrepreneurship Programme. Their delicious food and professionalism added not only flavour, but a powerful reminder of how growth and opportunity go hand in hand.
To our 438 graduates across provinces: you are the embodiment of Know, Grow, Change. You are the future of our business—and your story is only just beginning.
Lead with purpose. Learn with passion.
Be the Impact.
