The Pyramid Award programme has become a cornerstone of our culture, recognising, celebrating, and showcasing excellence. It honours individuals who go beyond their job boundaries to advance our clients’ and business goals. The foundation of this year-long programme is the nomination of Heroes of the Month across divisions and geographies, primarily in the in-store environment.
These individuals uphold and exceed the promises we make to our clients, build brand presence, foster customer relationships, and take pride in their work. Additionally, quarterly and bi-annual performance appraisals contribute to the selection of our regional and national stars, including support staff. This process culminates in an annual gala dinner event, where we honour the extraordinary efforts of our best.
