Michelle has 25 years of experience in human capital management spanning the financial services and retail sectors. Over her career, Michelle has also served in retail operations and generalist commercial roles; but her true calling lies with people; empowering individuals and unlocking potential. She is passionate in the pursuit of understanding how individuals and organisations interact and develop, and the complex systems which they leverage to deliver value and innovate.
Clemen brings over two decades of retail services expertise, commencing his journey as a Merchandiser before ascending through roles in Sales, Area Management, and eventually transitioning to Regional and National Client Account Management. Throughout his career, Clemen has prioritised ongoing education, viewing it as indispensable to his personal and his team’s development. Progressing to a General Manager role and subsequently to Commercial Director, Clemen now spearheads our dedicated structures, offering a distinctive perspective on client needs and evolution. His commitment to remaining future-ready underscores his focus and dedication as a talented executive in our organisation.
