The culmination of our year-long people reward and recognition program was marked by a glittering gala dinner. Local winners were celebrated in their regions at luncheon events, while VIP regional winners were invited to the national gala dinner. National winners, representing various job roles and prize categories were announced during what was a spectacular and entertaining evening.
This year’s theme “Future Fast-forward,” focuses on our commitment to innovation – and it was in evidence everywhere. The venue was transformed with reflective, contemporary décor that set the mood for a magic. A violinist with a laser bow accompanied by a light show opened proceedings, mesmerising the audience.
Our Pyramid Awards programme is a key initiative in recognising and celebrating the extraordinary efforts of our people. It’s the daily hard work, focus and grit of our people that make the PnS business great. Our people are the fuel that power brands presence and growth at the point of purchase. It is personal and they act as if every brand under their care is their unique responsibility. This recognition is not only motivating but also underscores the importance of hard work, education, self-belief, and accountability.
