PnS Group Recognised for Addressing Youth Employment Challenges!
PnS Group is honoured to have been recognised by the W&RSETA for our exceptional contributions to the retail sector. Our commitment to addressing youth unemployment is evident in our success in learner recruitment, program completion, and subsequent permanent employment.
Since 2021, we have welcomed 3,885 young individuals into PnS through our comprehensive training initiatives. Currently, 980 unemployed learners are actively engaged in our NQF Level 2 programme. Our commitment to nurturing talent is demonstrated by an impressive 64% programme completion rate, with a remarkable 60% of those graduates seamlessly transitioning into permanent roles within the PnS Group.
This recognition holds significant value, affirming our commitment to positively impacting the lives of young people and addressing youth unemployment in South Africa.
