“I am PnS” // 2020 Theme

Our communication theme for the year, “I am PnS” is aimed at encouraging a mindset of personal ownership in ever one of our team members. Inspired by the book entitled “Extreme Ownership” by US navy Seals Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, they contend that the best leaders own everything in their world. They own what they are responsible for – and the bigger mission itself. There is no-one else to blame.

The heart of our theme is “I”, as it has to begin with the individual. We all need to get our jobs done to the best of our ability, but it has to go further than this. How we can contribute to the end goal – to the promises we have made to our clients? It does not matter if we are packing a shelf, taking an order in the call centre, preparing a budget or following up a delivery with a supplier, we all need to take responsibility for ensuring we own the impact we are making and assist our colleagues to do the same.

PnS is not a logo, the building, a department, a uniform, nor is it your Manager or our CEO. YOU are PnS. I am PnS. We collectively, together we add up to how our clients and customers experience us as partners.

Be deliberate and intentional about giving the best the service you possibly can. Be a team worker, encourage those around you to give their best.
When we win individually and we win as a team and we win as PnS.
