Powered by world-class enterprise-grade technology, it seamlessly integrates Artificial Intelligence to provide actionable insights at every touchpoint within our business.
Neuron™ ensures we are capacitated to deliver data impact through various channels, including traditional dashboarding, mobile experiences, and chat interfaces, ensuring critical information is readily available to elevate your brand’s performance. Moreover, Neuron™ offers the flexibility for clients to access data via API interfaces, enabling integration with their preferred dashboarding and analytics tools for a tailored experience.
The evolution of HIVE from an employee engagement and communication tool to a business-critical tool has included the development of several new reporting pillars that allow instant country-wide reporting against time-urgent KPI’s. It has also proven invaluable in facilitating urgent product recalls.
We continue to make strides in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in our digitisation journey that streamlines processes, repetitive administrative tasks and reporting. A feature of this programme is AI Café, led by our Automation Architect, where staff are encouraged to sign up for a license, learn and build automation into their ways of working, and then share their work with the greater AI community in the business. Impact is accelerated by learnings shared and duplicated nationally.
