At the PnS Group, we believe that meaningful change starts with bold action. In a time when youth unemployment remains alarmingly high, we are proud to share a story of hope, growth, and possibility.

We see you. We believe in you. We are building with you.

In partnership with Kukhula, a dedicated training provider, the PnS Group sponsored 50 unemployed youth living with disabilities from Cape Town and Gauteng to participate in our PnS Academy Learnership Programme. These resilient young individuals enrolled in a year-long New Venture Creation Learnership, gaining the skills and confidence to launch their own businesses.

Over the course of the year, learners engaged in a blend of practical and theoretical training, covering everything from business planning and project coordination to teamwork, quality management, and change leadership.

A standout feature of the programme was its focus on sustainability, participants used recycled materials to create and sell real products, experiencing first-hand what it means to be an entrepreneur.

In May 2025, the programme culminated in moving graduation ceremonies in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. All 50 learners successfully completed their training, achieving a 100% competency rate. For many, this was not just a certificate, but a life-changing milestone. For some families, it was the first graduation they had ever witnessed.

Adding even more meaning to the celebration, the graduation gowns, caps, and sashes were made by other unemployed youth in training, another example of how skills development creates a ripple effect that extends beyond a single programme.

These ceremonies were more than just a celebration of academic success; they marked a shift in identity and self-belief. Each graduate walked across the stage not only as a student, but as a future business owner. Many of their ventures are already taking shape, and with continued support from Kukhula, these new entrepreneurs are set to make lasting contributions to their communities and the economy.

We salute all 50 graduates for their courage, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Our mission is clear: to reduce unemployment by building a generation of confident, capable entrepreneurs who create their own futures and help others do the same.
