To support a client’s “50 days of Sharing” campaign to boost consumer affinity and sales through an engaging on-pack promotion for a leading flour brand. The aim was to excite shoppers, encouraging word-of-mouth and repeat purchases, while strengthening loyalty with existing customers and attracting new ones. The ultimate goal was to create a memorable connection with the target audience, influencing their purchase decisions.

The Brief

To target a set list of the largest franchise stores across two retail groups nationally, securing their acceptance of the campaign’s POS and promotion. Then to execute the campaign in-store promptly, after receiving final approval from each store.

Impact Delivered

75% acceptance rate of the targeted stores and execution in these stores within 1 week of receiving campaign elements in regional depots.

Teams engaged with smaller outlets to use the balance of the material to further drive brand awareness, visibility and sales.

Additional secondary store acceptance of the campaign exceeded the primary list, extending campaign reach.

Secondary store negotiations and execution completed within two weeks.

Overall execution strike rate of the campaign concluded at 161.8%.
